Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Stacy Breaux, a South Louisiana photographer serving couples, families, and seniors throughout New Iberia and the Acadiana area. I believe every photograph is a reflection of God’s divine creation, and I approach each session with intention, care, and heart.
My storytelling photography style blends candid moments with gentle guidance, allowing your session to feel relaxed while creating authentic, timeless images that truly reflect your connection. As a natural light photographer, my editing style is true-to-color and natural, focusing on real moments, real laughter, and real love.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a very blessed wife, mom, and dog lover. You’ll often find me traveling, getting crafty, or spending quality time with family and friends — the same moments that inspire my love for meaningful, lifestyle photography.

After our time together I will take a look at your images and decide on a few of my favorites. These favorites will be edited & delivered to you within 24-48 hours! No waiting anxiety over here!!
Full posing assistance
At no time during our sessions will you not know what to do. I will provide full posing assistance and guide you every step of the way. My goal is to make you look natural and amazing on camera! No awkward standing around wondering what to do with you body!

To help take the stress out of preparing to look and feel your best for your session, I've created a full experience guide that takes all the guess work out of what will look good on camera and how to best prepare for your portrait session.
I want you love not only your portraits, but also your experience with me. That’s why this process begins with us connecting. I want to hear everything—what you're looking for in a session, ideas you have, funny first date stories, what your family loves, etc.
We’ll chat about the details of your session, answer any questions you might have about working with me and figure out if what I have to offer is the best fit for you.
WHAt to expect
a relaxed stress free experience
Once your date is reserved, we'll connect to start chatting about possible locations for your session. We generally recommend choosing one location and if it's a place you haven't been before, it might be helpful to visit during the time our session will take place.
That way you have an idea of the light, crowds, closing time, etc! If you're not sure about where you would like to take your photos but you have a general idea of the look you would like, just let us know because we would be happy to recommend a few locations based on your aesthetic!

On the day of your session, we'll connect to make sure the weather still looks like it's going to corporate. We'll exchange numbers and finalize our meeting location. Please plan for your session to take about two hours from start to finish.
The SEssion

All images from our sessions are typically delivered within about two weeks of the shoot date via an online gallery. This gallery will allow you to share your favorites with family, order prints and even download images to share on social media.
Your gallery will remain active for six weeks.

Unless you've modeled professionally, you're probably going to feel awkward in front of the camera. In fact, even as a professional photographer, I still feel like a deer in the headlights when I'm in front of the camera.
You're going to feel awkward at first, but as the session goes on and I coach you through posing, I think you'll find that being photographed can actually be fun.
WHAT IF we're awkward in front of a camera?
Don't worry about your kids. I'm well versed in capturing even the busiest of little ones, and most of the session I will be asking them to move around anyway.
WHAT IF my kids don't sit still?
There is no where I wouldn't go! I will travel up to 30 miles from New Iberia, Louisiana without charge. Any location further is subject additional fees. For travel locations, please mention in your inquiry!
